We have 2 people who want to jump in after the deadline .....Ukulian , .... and windycityblues box ............. If no one has issue with it i will add them to list .

I have pm'd them and told them to build anyway worst case is being dq'd if it is an issue .

What do you say ?

I don't see the problem. Having an official start date is to ensure that no one gets an unfair advantage by starting earlier than the others. Anyone who starts after could be considered at a disadvantage. There's a definite difference between the two.
Besides, many of us(myself included) signed up before the start date, but it'll be a while before(or if) I can begin. I say if they want to start late, the more the merrier.
